Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@inksplashdesign.com and we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us right away. We will be happy to either send you a new package or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes an item might not be exactly what you wanted. We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. The item must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our work and want to make sure you receive a perfect product. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or an incorrect design, please send us a photo of the mistake. We will be happy to either send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.
